Fig jam made from carefully selected and hand-picked Nero Turchese Figs from Abruzzo, Italy. After picking, the figs are cleaned and sorted, vacuum -packed and gently heated to ensure the natural, deep fig flavor and a smooth texture without the addition of pectins. Suitable as a spread, in baked goods and desserts, as well as as delicious accessories for cheese. Not added sugar.
