DELIVERY:
Delivery usually takes 1-3 days.
If more items are ordered at the same time, we reserve the right to deliver them several times - of course by appointment. All deliveries take place with PostNord or with GLS.
When purchasing for more than DKK 500, the shipment is postage in Denmark. For purchases under DKK 500, it must be expected: DKK 39-68,- in shipping.
When delivery outside Denmark, DKK 99 must be expected in shipping. When purchasing over DKK 750,- shipping is free.
Greenland: Delivery to Greenland is free for orders over 1000,-.
It can be selected between delivery via ship (200,-) or aircraft (475,-) if the orders are below 1000,-
For foreign orders, the following applies with GLS Euro Parcel Shipping:
If No-One is Present at the Time of the ATTEMPTED DELIVERY, The Next Steps of Gls Will Depend On What Is Customary In The Country In Question. In Many Countries It is Common Practice That Neighbours Accept Parcels. GLS Drivers then Leave a Notification Card For The Recipient. If there are GLS parcelshops in the country, these can be used as an alternative Delivery Address. But the Customer will always be notified by email or sms on where to pick up the parcel.
PAYMENT:
Per. 11/1-21 is activated 3-D Secure. It is a common European solution to ensure payments over the Internet. Orders of DKK 225,- will periodically be checked via 3-D Secure.
We receive Dankort, Mastercard, Diners and Visa. Payment can also be paid into our account in the community fund. If you pay by card, all confidential information will be encrypted so that they cannot be read by unauthorized persons. Information about maps, etc. Does not be stored on our server but is only used in connection with the approval of your payment. We do not withdraw the payment from your card until the item is shipped.
RESTORDER:
It may happen that it is not possible to deliver all purchases here and now. An item can be torn down the shelves at such speed that we suddenly stand with an empty stock. Should that happen, of course we do everything in our power to get the item ordered home as soon as possible. When you order, we acknowledge with an email so you know when you can count on getting the item. We keep you constantly informed about the item.
RETURN:
Do not live up to your expectations, you will send it back. Origreen offers high quality products and great emphasis is placed on the fact that every item - large and small - is in perfect condition. If you are not completely happy with what you have purchased, you can return it. The only thing you pay is the postal tariff to send the item back. You have 14 days right of withdrawal and 14 days right of exchange. If a product is put into use before returning, we make a specific assessment of the goods resale value and return the amount to you. In addition, you have 24 months warranty. The right of withdrawal is due if you break the seal on goods which are not suitable for the health protection or hygiene cases are not suitable for returning. This means that foods must not have been opened. In that case, the value of the item is reduced to 0 kr.
If the item is damaged, you simply contact us. It is a good idea to have the item number at hand when you call. The number is on the order confirmation we send to you.
