After the harvest, PU ERH Teen is fermented 3-5 times as long as a black tea. Pu-Erh tea is known for its aging potential, as well as good wines. The longer it is stored, the more complex its flavor and several different flavors will emerge; It will change flavor and it simply gets better with age - quite opposite to all other tea. Some PU-ERH teas are stored for many decades, even up to 50-70 years.
