Organic Earl Gray is a blend of organic Chinese Keemun tea, organic singtom darjeeling tea and organic blue grain flower, added to organic bergamot and orange aroma.
Organic Earl Gray presents itself beautifully darkened in the cup with a long, pleasant aftertaste of Bergamotte and a touch of orange.
High quality organic keemun has a low tannic acid content, making tea very comfortable to drink. A good organic darjeeling, the tea champagne, has a fresh taste with notes of fruit. The two organic teas are a great match and make up the perfect base for a classic Earl Gray.
Organic Earl Gray is brewed in a preheated teapot. Take off the boiler at the same moment the water starts to boil - it must not boil. Use a teaspoon of tea (3-5 grams) per cup (250 ml) and pour the water over immediately after the water has boiled. Let the tea pull 3-4 minutes under the tea cap. Serve the tea when it has the desired strength.
