Mandarin marmalade made of 100 per cent. Sicilian mandarins without the use of pectins. The fruit is gently treated at low temperatures during vacuum, which helps maintain flavor and color. The taste is delicate with deep notes of citrus fruit and a fine, well -balanced bitterness from orange shell in the aftertaste. Suitable as a spread, in baked goods and desserts, as well as as an accessory for cheese. Not added sugar.
