The organic chaplon afternoon tea is a gentle and pleasant blend of black and white ceylon tea with mild taste of bergamotte and mango. An elegant and delicate tea that deserves to be served in fine porcelain cups at an afternoon tea table in cozy company. Taste characteristics from the Sri Lankan black pekoe and the white Pai Mu Tan tea are carefully tuned and together with mild citrus notes invite tea to a cup more.
Like the other teas from Chaplon, the tea is grown sustainably and produced with respect for people and the environment.
The best result is achieved by using lime -free water. Immediately remove the boiler when the water starts to boil. Calculate a teaspoon of tea (2 grams) per cup (20 cl.). Cool the water to approx. 85 degrees before pouring it over the leaves.
