Il Tinello is a traditional IGP certified balsamic vinegar from Modena in Italian Reggio Emilia. It is made by Il Borgo del Balsamico, a small family -owned producer of balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar and condimiento.
The Red Il Tinello is stored for five years in oak barrels. It has left its mark in the form of an intense taste with notes of dark berries that, together with the acid, give a complex taste experience out of the ordinary. Use it with a stored parmesan cheese where the acid emerges and gives the cheese obesity counterplay, or try it with the summer's first strawberries and experience the sweetness of the balsamic vinegar taking character.
