Really good organic everyday life from Yunnan. Organic Golden Yunnan is full, spicy and elegant, with the typical "leather scent".
This tea is from the little Xin Zhong Garden, in the mountains of the same name. The garden is completely isolated at a height of 2000 meters, in the Yunnan district, in the southwestern part of China. It is surrounded by forest on all sides. Not a forest that it usually looks at 2000 meters altitude, but a forest of colossally large trees. The trees are bushy at the top and are firmly on stems that are often several meters in diameter. Their colossal size makes everything else look unnaturally small. But in fact, the tea plants in this area are also among some the largest in the world. The earth here is fantastic nutritious. It is cool in the morning, hazy all morning and warm in the afternoon. The large trees throw heavy shadows over the tea plants so that they just get just with sunlight. These are optimal conditions for a good Yunnan tea that must be full, spicy and elegant. The tea from this garden is a so -called High Grow, but with a somewhat greater heaviness and glow than usual. It is said that you do not know if you like or love black Yunnan until you have tasted the variants from the Xin Zhong Mountains.
Brew organic Golden Yunnan in a preheated teapot. Take off the boiler at the same moment the water starts to boil - it must not boil. Use a teaspoon of tea (two to three grams) per day. Cup (25 cl.) And pour the water over immediately after the boiling is ceased. Let the tea pull between 5-6 minutes under the tea cap.
