An organic green Japanese tea with organic toasted brown rice. Genmaicha has a soft nutty flavor because of the brown rice. Genmaicha is a good tea for wok or sushi dishes and very popular in Japan.
Genmaicha should be brewed in a preheated teapot. Always use lime -free water. Take off the boiler at the moment the water starts to boil. Use 2-3 grams of tea per cup (25 cl.), And pour the water over when cooled slightly (about 80 degrees). Let the teen soak for 2-3 minutes. The tea leaves can be reused 1-2 times. Other extracts are considered the best.
