Cru Gaaci is a special olive oil harvested in the olive grove Roi Gaaci at Badalucco, located 500 meters above sea level.

The oil consists of 40% green olives, 50% immature olives and 10% black olives. 1000 liters of this oil are produced annually.

Cru Gaaci is a sweet oil with notes of dry fruits and the scent of green apples.
Perfect for mild meat or bright fish.
