Shoyu ramen broth, developed in collaboration with a Japanese chef, is a ready-to-use base for ramen dishes – simply add noodles, toppings, and additional seasonings. It is MSG and GMO-free, combining a savory broth made from fresh, meaty bones (pork, chicken, and beef), vegetables, ginger, and dashi (kombu and katsuobushi) with shoyu (soy sauce and mirin) to deliver a traditional flavor.

Storage: Unopened, store at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator at +4°C for 3-4 days.
