Organic Indulgashinna Rolls is a 100% hand -rolled, biodynamic (demeter certified) black tea from the UVA district in Sri Lanka. This very rare, single estate tea is grown for approx. 1800 meters above sea level. A very limited amount is produced and it is difficult to be considered to be able to buy the tea. At Origreen we are therefore happy to be able to offer this special tea. 

The new organic Idalgashinna Rolls is a quite breathtaking expression of craftsmanship and accuracy. Each leaf is carefully selected and rolled in the hand in a way so that the tea leaves visually seem longer and more elegant.

Indulgashinna presents itself beautifully golden in the cup with a fresh and aromatic scent of pine needles and fermented fruits. 

Organic Indulgashinna is brewed in a preheated teapot. Take off the boiler at the same moment the water starts to boil - it must not boil. Use 10-15 tea leaves per cup (250 ml) and pour the water over immediately after the water has boiled. Let the tea pull until the leaves have unfolded. Tea can be brewed several times on these leaves. Second and third brews are considered to be the best.

Brew if necessary. Teen directly in a glass of Gaiwan and see how the leaves unfold. In doing so, the craftsmanship behind the rolling of the magazine is allowed to unfold completely.
