This incredibly delicious, spreadable hazelnut and chocolate cream is made of 1. Class hazelnuts from Cravanzana in Piedmont in Northern Italy, where the best varieties of Italian hazelnuts are produced. The hazelnut cream is added to raw cocoa powder, and the taste is well balanced between sweetness and delicate, bitter chocolate.
Suitable as a spread and in desserts, e.g. in pancakes and on ice.
