In this quality, only the spring's first top shot from the plants must be used Narcissus and Chaicha. At night, the leaves are laid out on large nets with freshly picked, flowering jasmine flowers. In the morning, all the flowers are removed and replaced the same evening by fresh. This process continues until you have the perfect result (6-7 nights). Then the leaves of the hand roll to the distinctive, beautiful pearls. By rolling the leaves for beads, the surface becomes smaller. It improves the teens' ability to hold onto the jasmine air. Pearl brews directly in a glass. It is always best to brew tea on lime -free water. Remove the boiler at the moment the water starts to boil and allow to cool for approx. 75-80 degrees.
