A mild and fresh tea mixed with white and green tea, added to dried ginger pieces and natural lemon --bergamot oil. White tea is sun -dried and not directly heat treated, which means that several vitamins are retained. The green Sencha tea is harvested at a time when the leaves' content of bitter substances is low.
The tea comes from sustainable plantations in the UVA district of Sri Lanka and is cultivated according to Japanese principles. The plantation is located near the city of Passara and is surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Sri Lankan Highlands, where the tea leaves are gently picked and processed. The green tea is a sancha type that has a soft and pleasant taste, which is partly due to the fact that the plants are carefully shaded and allowed to develop slowly. The white tea is often denoted silver tips due to the silver cutter that the fine down on the underside of the leaves gets when the tea is dried at low heat.
Preferably use lime -free water and bring it to the boiling point, but don't cook. Calculate a teaspoon of tea (2 grams) per cup (2 dl). Cool the water down to approx. 80 degrees and pour it over the tea. Let the tea pull for 2-4 minutes.
