Mountain tea is a lovely, fresh tea with clear flavor and scent notes of flowers and citrus. Previously we sold it under the name Bjergblomst. That name will be completely phased out within a few months.

Mountain tea is a blend on a green sancha type and a traditional black tea from Sri Lanka's UVA district. Tea of ​​the saint type originally originated in Japan, but today is found in several places in Asia. Sencha is a green tea that is harvested late. The leaves are steamed and cooled before drying - a processing that gives a soft and pleasant taste.

The round taste is nicely complemented by the black pekoe. In this case, it is an extra quality that consists entirely of top shoots with a low content of tannic acid. The black tea is picked so early that the leaves are still small and light green. It emphasizes the overall taste impression of a clean and elegant tea.

Like the other teas from Chaplon, the tea is grown sustainably and produced with respect for people and the environment.

The best result is achieved by using lime -free water. Immediately remove the boiler when the water starts to boil. Calculate a teaspoon of tea (2 grams) per cup (20 cl.). Cool the water to approx. 85 degrees before pouring it over the leaves.
