Asia meets Scandinavia. It is the essence of this lovely and delicious tea, mixed with white and green tea added dried apple and quince oil.

The white and green tea comes from Passara in the UVA district of Sri Lanka. It is harvested in the early spring, while the tea leaves are still thin and soft. It provides a pleasant and light tea that fits excellent to the slightly sour notes from dried apple and the perfumed quince.

The tea is from a sustainable plantation and processed with respect for nature and the people who work in the plantation and production.

Preferably use lime -free water. Bring the water to the boiling point, but do not cook. Calculate a teaspoon of tea (2 grams) per cup (2 dl). Cool the water down to approx. 80 degrees and pour it over the tea.

Pull for 2-4 minutes.
