Chaplon's organic quince with black and green tea is a slightly heavier and more powerful variant of the popular quince mixed on green and white tea.

The tea to this blend comes from an organic plantation in Passada in Sri Lanka's UVA district. It is leaves from the spring harvest that are added to dried apple and quince oil that give the popular, slightly perfumed scent and taste.

Like the other teas from Chaplon, this tea is also grown in terms of nature and the people working on the plantation and in production.

Calculate a teaspoon of tea (2 grams) per cup (2 dl). If possible, use lime -free water. Heat the water to the boiling point, but do not cook. Then cool the water down to about 85 degrees and pour it over the tea. You can brew three times on the leaves, and other brews are usually the best.

Pull time: 3 - 4 minutes.
