Full moon is one of Chaplon's very popular teas. The green tea is flavored with lemongrass and a little licorice. It gives the tea a nice, golden color and a fresh taste of citrus and marigold, held in fine balance of the licorice.

The green tea is from Sri Lanka, where it is cultivated with a special Japanese technique, where the leaves are shaded for the sun's inexorable rays so that the leaves can be developed and matured quite slowly.

The tea is from a sustainable plantation and processed with respect for nature and the people who work in the plantation and production.

Brew full moon in a smaller, glazed teapot, so there is a single cup for everyone at the table. Calculate a large teaspoon of tea (2 grams) per day. cup (2 dl). We recommend lime -free water, which is boiled and taken off as soon as it starts to boil. Let the water cool to about 80 degrees and pour it over the tea.

Pull time: 6-10 minutes. Taste along the way and serve the tea when the strength is appropriate. The tea leaves can be used up to three times. Other extracts are often the best.
