Organic Lapsang Souchong is a powerful, smoked tea that can be compared to a good whiskey a la laphroaig, tallisker or Ardberg. Teen is clear and amber in the glass and smells intense of smoke.
Lapsang Souchong comes from Yunnan Province in China, and it is said to be one of the first naturally flavored teas. The tea consists of the tea bush's powerful, lower leaves, which after picking are placed in bamboo casks and smoked.
Brew Lapsang Souchong in a preheated torture - preferably with lime -free water. Take off the boiler when the water starts to boil. Use a teaspoon of tea (2 grams) per day. cup (2 dl) and pour the water over the tea leaves immediately. Let the tea pull for 6-8 minutes under a tea cap.
