Organic Keemun is a really nice morning tea. Slightly sweet and round and mild taste. Get tannins and less caffeine than many other teas.
IN Anhui province, specifically in the Qimen district, for many hundreds of years they were exclusively produced, but in 1870 Yu Quianchen decided to try black tea. After a study stay in the Fujian province, he traveled back and started three gardens. It became the beginning of one of the greatest tea successes of world history. In a very short time it became the most sought after tea in England, and in the early 1900s it was considered the world's finest tea. Keemun still has a very proud and self -conscious tea production and every year it sends completely exceptional teas to the market.
Organic Keemun should be brewed in a preheated teapot. Take off the boiler at the same moment the water starts to boil - it must not boil. Use a teaspoon of tea (two grams) per Cup (20 cl.) And pour the water over immediately after the boiling is ceased. Let the tea pull between 5-8 minutes under the tea cap. Serve the tea when the desired strength is achieved.
