Organic Ceylon UVA BOP1 is the pure and unmixed harvest of black tea from the UVA district in Sri Lanka. The taste is elegant, soft and flowering in taste, but at the same time full with a deep red color.
The UVA district of Sri Lanka is known for some of the softest and harmonious qualities of tea with the distinctive flavor notes that have made tea from Sri Lanka world famous. The area where the tea comes from is about 1800-200 meters in height above the water. A constant, dry wind blows over the area, while the rainfall is significantly lower than usual and the temperature fluctuates. Under these growth conditions, the plants develop very slowly and the taste is getting better.
Brew the tea in a preheated teapot - preferably with lime -free water. Take off the boiler when the water starts to boil. Use a teaspoon of tea with top (2 grams) per day. cup (2 dl) and pour the water over the tea leaves immediately. Let the tea pull for 3-5 minutes under a tea cap. The temperature should not fall below 90 degrees while tea pulls.
