Rooibos is a South African shrub that grows in the area around Cedarberg in South Africa. During the fermentation of the needles, the distinctive ruby red color emerges. Rooibos Orange does not contain teein or tannic acid and it is therefore recommended for children or for tea lovers who want a mild tea for the stomach.
Preparation: The best result is achieved with lime -free water. Take off the boiler at the moment the water starts to boil. Use a teaspoon of tea (2 grams) per day. cup (20 cl.). Let the tea pull 6-8 minutes.
