Organic white & green cherry is a blend of organic Sencha tea, Silver Needle (the white, top quality of the original), and white Pai Mu Dan Te, as well as Hibiscus, Cherries and Hybens Balls.

The white Silver Needle and Pai Mu Dan Te have perfect large leaves that help give the tea a soft, round taste. The many dried fruits add to the tea a wonderful fresh and intense taste that is doing well - both on hot summer days and in the cold winter time when the weather calls for a warm and fresh cup of tea.

This tea should be brewed in a glazed teapot. Take off the boiler at the moment the water starts to boil. Use a teaspoon of tea (2-3 grams) per cup (20 cl.). Let the water cool to approx. 80 degrees before pouring over the leaves. Let the tea pull 2-4 minutes.
