Captain leaves from Pantelleria - in extra virgin olive oil.
Gently picked capers leaves, firm and crispy, with the right balance between salty and aromatic flavors and a pleasant note of sharpness. They present themselves well on the plate and taste great. Ideal as decoration for especially fish, chicken and salads, but also pass for meat dishes, as well as for raw and cooked vegetables. You can also free them in a pankot dough.
Net weight: 100 g. Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, capers leaves (salt, vinegar).
Store in a refrigerator after opening. The shelf life after opening is extended if you use clean tools.
