Cru Morgaa is a special olive oil harvested in the olive grove Roi Morgaa by Montalto Ligure, located 250 meters above sea level.

The oil consists of 20% green olives, 50% immature olives and 30% ripe. 1000 liters of this oil are produced annually.

Cru Morgaa is a sweet oil with notes of dry fruits and a hint of powerful pepper eventually.
