Il Tinello is a traditional IGP certified balsamic vinegar from Modena in Italian Reggio Emilia. Borgo del Balsamic, which manufactures Il Tinello, is a small family -owned producer of balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar and condimiento.

The orange Il Tinello is stored for three years, which helps to develop the taste and give it a more mature and powerful taste. It is suitable for use in fishing and meat dishes, as well as slightly heavier vegetable dishes.
