Il Tinello is a traditional IGP certified balsamic vinegar from Modena in Italian Reggio Emilia. Borgo del Balsamic is a small family -owned producer of balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar and condimiento.

The yellow Il Tinello is stored for a year and has a fresh, youthful character which makes it suitable for dressings and with vegetables.
