Another very beautiful Matcha bowl, also called a "Chawan," which is decorated with a red plum flower and a discreet brown border. Inside you will find a small red plum flower as an extra fine detail. The glaze is neatly 'ironed' on with a brush and everything is done as a handicraft. Since the bowl is also painted by hand, irregularities and small imperfections are appreciated, which are often presented as the 'front' of the bowl. This makes each dish unique and adds character to the design.

The dish holds about 450 ml and is designed with enough space to whip matcha tea with a bamboo whisk (the chase) and drink the tea directly from the bowl, making it an indispensable part of the traditional matcha thermonia.

Important: Does not withstand dishwasher or microwave.
