Olio Roi selects the best taggiasca olives, which are bred, salted and put in extra virgin olive oil pressed by the taggiasca olives.

Taggiasca is a small, tasty and slightly bitter olives, with a high oil content. Through the salting, water is pulled out of the fruit, giving the pulp a better and more firm texture. The storage in extra virgin olive oil helps to highlight the sweetness of the taggiasca.
Excellent as snacks along with a glass of wine, a cocktail or a drink. Can also be used as an element of salads and in meat dishes.

Store in a refrigerator after opening. The shelf life after opening is extended if you use clean tools. Keep the paved olives covered with olive oil. It extends the shelf life and retains the taste.
