Origin's easy chocolate cake
The original weekend pampering is a quickly prepared chocolate cake at this time. It is easy and simple and therefore it is also important that you use good ingredients. We have used cocoa powder from Valrhona and a high quality virgin olive oil and a white wine vinegar made from Chardonnay grapes from CAS Alba in Spain.
4 dl flour
1.5 tsp. baking powder
1.5 dl cocoa
3 dl sugar
1 tsp. salt
0.5 dl olive oil
2 eggs
1 vanilla bar (grains)
1 tbsp, white wine vinegar
3 dl milk
50 g of butter
Procedure
- Sift flour and cocoa in a bowl and mix with baking powder, sugar, vanilla and salt.
- Whisk the eggs lightly with milk, white wine vinegar and olive oil.
- Mix it all together to a lime, relatively liquid cake mass and pour the dough into a spring mold lined with baking paper.
- Bake the cake in a preheated above at 190 degrees for approx. 55 minutes
Once the cake is cooled, you can coat it by mood. Today we have chosen a glaze, but you can also decorate the cake with sprinkles of icing or a creamy chocolate coating.
For the glaze you will need:
4.5 dl icing
0.5 dl cocoa
1 tbsp. Soft butter
2-3 tbsp. boiling water
Mix it all together to a lime glaze and cover the cake before serving.
When you serve the cake you can possibly. decorate with some of the summer's good berries or a spoonful of cream cheese or a good vanilla ice cream.
Suggestions for choice of tea: If you prefer a green tea, we recommend the Origre's organic Longjing ”Dragon Well” Superior. Would you rather have a black tea then the organic Singtom Darjeeling Sftgfop1 An obvious elected.
Welcome
PS: A good cup of coffee will also dress the cake, e.g. Our own Alma Colombiana.
